App Usage Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect information from users of our mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”). By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. What data do we collect?

To ensure the full functionality of the Application, we may ask you to provide certain personal information. Data collection occurs during registration, authorization and use of the Application’s functionality:

Personal data: Name, surname and email address (in particular, corporate domain addresses @umss.edu.ua).

Academic data: Information related to the educational process, including subjects, schedule and requests for debt liquidation.

Device Data: Information about your mobile device (model, operating system version), unique device identifiers, and crash logs.

2. How we use your data

The information collected is used solely for:

Creating and managing your account.

Identifying you and ensuring secure login (including sending two-factor authentication codes to your email).

Providing access to educational materials and internal services of the institution.

Processing your electronic requests and applications.

Improving the performance and stability of the Application.

3. Transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell, exchange or transfer your personal data to third-party companies for marketing purposes. Data may be partially transferred only to trusted partner services that help us with technical support (for example, services for securely sending emails with access codes or cloud servers), solely within the scope of providing these services.

4. Data security

We value your trust in providing us with your personal information and use commercially acceptable means to protect it (including encryption of data transmissions using the HTTPS protocol). However, please remember that no method of data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure or reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Deleting your account and data

In accordance with Google Play requirements, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated personal data.

To initiate the deletion process, you can:

Use the appropriate “Delete Account” button in your profile settings within the Application.

Send a deletion request to our email (specified in the contacts below). The data will be deleted within 7 business days.

(Note: Some academic data may be retained for archival purposes in accordance with the requirements of the institution’s internal regulations).

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to periodically review this page for changes. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
