Teaching at the University is carried out in the state language, as well as in English (or other foreign) languages, which ensures international academic mobility. In the case of teaching certain disciplines to citizens of Ukraine in English and/or other foreign languages, the University is obliged to ensure that the relevant higher education applicants have knowledge of the relevant discipline in the state language. Making a decision on teaching academic disciplines in foreign languages ​​at the University and the list of such languages ​​falls within the competence of the Academic Council of the University .

To teach academic subjects in a foreign language, the University forms separate groups for foreign citizens and stateless persons who wish to obtain higher education at the expense of individuals or legal entities, or individual programs are developed. At the same time, the University ensures that such persons study the state language as a separate academic discipline.
