Born on January 15, 1967, in Kharkiv, she is a microbiologist. Doctor of Medical Sciences (2003), professor (2006). She graduated with honors from the Kharkiv Medical University in 1990 with a degree in pediatrics. After completing her postgraduate studies in 1993, she worked in the departments of normal physiology and anatomy (1994-1996) and pathological physiology (1996-2005) from 1994 to 2005. From 2005 to August 2024, she worked at the Department of Microbiology, Virology, and Immunology of the National Pharmaceutical University, which she headed in 2008. Since September 2025, she has been working as the head of the Department of Social, Humanitarian, and Biomedical Disciplines at the Kharkiv University of Medical and Biological Sciences.
In 2022, she received her second higher education at the Kharkiv Humanitarian University “People’s Ukrainian Academy,” majoring in Philology, specializing in Germanic Languages and Literature.
