The Medicine program at UMSS is a 6-year course leading to a master medical diploma recognized worldwide. The curriculum combines theoretical learning with clinical practice, preparing graduates for global medical practice.
Duration: 6 years.
Language: English or Ukrainian.
Structure:
Years 1–3: Foundational sciences (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, etc.).
Years 4–6: Clinical training in core medical specialties like Internal Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and more.
Internship: Hands-on experience in affiliated hospitals.
Degree Awarded: Doctor of Medicine (MD equivalent degree recognized internationally).

To enroll in the Medicine program at UMSS, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with a strong background in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Minimum Grades: At least 50% in relevant subjects.
English Proficiency: No IELTS/TOEFL required if the medium of instruction in high school was English.
